Helping Students Build Global Futures

Education, career and migration aren't separate decisions - they're chapters of the same story. Nepcoms Services has spent over 18 years helping students, professionals, families and employers write theirs.

We understand that choosing where to study, advancing your career, or migrating is a significant step toward building the future you envision. That's why we move beyond applications and paperwork. We listen first, understand your unique circumstances, then map the pathway forward. Our expertise spans international education, Australian migration, skilled and employer-sponsored visas, graduate planning, and career strategy—but our real value is connecting these dots to help you make informed decisions with greater clarity.

Built on professional expertise, transparency, ethical practice and personalised support, Nepcoms guides students, graduates, professionals, families and employers across borders. Your goals. Your pathway. Your future.

Who we are

What we are building, and why it matters to your family

Nepcoms has been counselling Nepali students since 2008. One team, one standard, whether you meet us in Kathmandu, Butwal or Sydney.

01Mission

Give every student the full picture before a single rupee leaves Nepal

Real costs in real currency, honest odds on the visa, and a straight answer about accreditation, including when the answer is “don’t apply there.”

Counselling, applications, visas, insurance and accommodation are handled by one team, so nothing is dropped between offices.

02Vision

The consultancy Nepali families recommend to each other by name

Advice available in Kathmandu should be as good as advice available anywhere. We want Nepcoms to be the reason it is.

That means personalised counselling rather than a brochure, and a service that adapts as visa rules and job markets shift, not one that quotes last year’s numbers.

03Goal

Stay with our students from first counselling to first job

We are closing the gap between institutions and Nepali students, then going further by connecting graduates to work and business opportunities abroad.

Our Australia branch exists for exactly that: someone on the ground once the study is finished.

Why Nepcoms

Studying abroad is the biggest cheque your family will write. Here is what you get for it.

Every consultancy in Kathmandu will tell you they are experienced and trusted. These are the five things we would actually want you to check us on.

  • Eighteen years of decisions exactly like yours

Since 2008 we have walked students through visa rule changes in eight countries. That experience shows up as one thing: an accurate read on which application will actually succeed, rather than a list of everything that is technically possible.

  • Counselling in Nepal, support on the ground in Australia

Most consultancies stop at the airport. Our Australia branch means there is someone in the same time zone as you once you land, for accommodation, work rights, course changes and the questions nobody warns you about in the first month.

  • One team holds your file from start to finish

Counselling, applications, visas, insurance and accommodation sit with the same people. Nothing is lost in a handover between departments, and you never have to explain your situation twice.

  • We will tell you when the answer is no

If a course, a country or a budget does not add up for your profile, you hear it before you pay, not after. That is the part of our record we are most proud of, and it is the fastest way to tell a counsellor from a salesperson.

  • Your shortlist is built around you, not around us

Your marks, your finances, your family’s plans and what you want to be doing five years after graduation decide where you apply. Not whichever institution is easiest for a consultancy to place you with.
