Know someone planning to study or migrate? Introduce them to Nepcoms.
Friends, family, colleagues, agents and business partners send people our way every week. If you know someone who needs help with study, a visa or employer sponsorship, pass their details to us and our team will get in touch to talk through their plans.
Who you can refer to us
If the person you have in mind needs help in any of these areas, the referral form is the right place to start.

Study abroad options →Migration and visas
Student, graduate, skilled, partner and family visas, and people weighing up a pathway to permanent residence.
Migration services →Employer sponsorship
Businesses looking to sponsor overseas staff, and workers who have an employer ready to sponsor them.
Talk to our team →Something else
Not sure where their question fits? Choose "Other" on the form and tell us briefly what they need.
Go to the form →Two things to know before you refer
A good referral starts with the client's permission, and stays within the role of an introducer.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU- The client knows you are passing their details to Nepcoms Services
- They have agreed to be contacted by the Nepcoms team about their enquiry
- The details you give us are accurate, including their phone number and email
- You submit the referral before they formally engage our services
What a referrer does not do
LEAVE THE ADVICE TO US- Give migration, legal or education advice on behalf of Nepcoms Services
- Make promises about visa outcomes, offers, fees or timeframes
- Make representations or commitments on behalf of Nepcoms Services
Your job is the introduction. Once the referral is in, our qualified team handles the advice, so the client hears it from the people accountable for it.
What happens after you submit
From the form to the client's first conversation with us, and where the referral bonus fits in.
-
We record your referral
Your referral is logged with the date and time it arrived. We check that the client is new to Nepcoms and has not already been referred.
Worth knowing: if the same client is referred by more than one person, the referral we receive and record first will generally be recognised. -
Our team contacts the client
A Nepcoms counsellor gets in touch with the client directly to understand their education or migration needs, in Nepal or in Australia.
-
The client decides how to proceed
There is no pressure on the client. If they go ahead with an eligible service, the referral moves towards bonus eligibility.
-
The referral bonus is confirmed
Where a referral qualifies, the bonus becomes payable once the client has met the relevant engagement and payment requirements. We confirm the arrangement with you separately.
Worth knowing: the bonus depends on the client proceeding, not only on the form being submitted.
Referral bonus
Eligible referrals may qualify for a referral bonus in accordance with Nepcoms Services' referral terms and conditions. The applicable referral arrangement will be confirmed separately by Nepcoms Services.
